The room design was excellent and the breakfast had a large variety.
The pool area was dirty and poorly lit. There was only one staff member trying to handle everything, which made service slow.

Great breakfast options and helpful staff. Spacious king suite with a huge shower and nice lounge area. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

we had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. sammy the receptionist made our stay amazing, and the heated indoor pool was perfect for the kids. our room on the 4th floor had a beautiful view. the room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. the lobby was beautiful with plenty of seating spots to chat. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with a variety of options. the hotel is in a great location with many nearby restaurants and a quiet atmosphere. overall, we would absolutely recommend staying here.
